 The Lonuge Our rental property is a spacious, bright, detached family house sleeping up to 8 people in a quiet suburban area. Recently refurbished throughout with an integral garage it makes a perfect base for holidays or house hunting. There is a good size secure garden with a brick built BBQ, terrace, and further area for relaxation or play - an ideal location for families with children. Fully equipped with modern facilities, non smoking, no pets. Within a v. short walk there is a lovely boulangerie and a charcuterie and delicatesen. Super U supermarket and pharmacie are within walking distance. Near a childrens park with play areas. An excellent location for many things: 4mins from airport, 5mins from Ile de Re bridge, 5-6 mins. from centre of old town (driving in normal conditions). Every Sunday there is a popular market at La Palice and so much to see and do in the area: boat trips, bike hire, seabus, beaches, aquarium, sea fishing, golf, horse riding, ten pin bowling, cinema, casino, restaurants, museums e.t.c.. The outside of the property has a good size, secure garden with areas of shade leading to terrace with plenty of garden furniture and brick built BBQ. Very suitable for children. Travel cot, stairgate, secure garden, shaded areas, some toys and books (plastic outdoor toys, sandpit etc). There is electric central heating for out of season stays. |
